Applications are reviewed within 10 business days. If your application meets the basic requirements for the role or a relevant opening, we will contact you to discuss the opportunity and your background in more detail. We do not provide feedback on unsuccessful applications at the screening stage, but we acknowledge all applications received.

Interview & Assessment
Shortlisted candidates go through a structured interview process. For operational and technical roles, this includes a practical assessment relevant to the role’s requirements. Interviews are conducted with the relevant subsidiary leadership and, for senior roles, the Holdings executive team. We aim to complete the process within 15 business days of the initial screening conversation.

Offer & Onboarding
Successful candidates receive a formal written offer with clear terms covering role, compensation, reporting structure, and start arrangements. Onboarding is structured and includes role-specific briefing, introductions to the relevant team, and a clear 90-day performance expectation framework.
